Deciding the right colors for your home’s exterior can be a challenge. Should you go bold or basic? As with all decorating, color choice is vital to the overall appearance of the home. When colors are done correctly – it can hide flaws, when done poorly – it can draw attention to those flaws. A safe approach is to select two tints, colors that are lighter than your base color, or two shades, colors that are darker than your base color. Either the lighter tints or the darker shade could be used for the body and the opposite for the trim. The third contrasting accent color can then be used to accent your entry door.
The McKnight’s of Plattsmouth selected Rugged Canyon Structure Siding as their base color. Detail was added to the architecture using Terra Bronze wraps and fascia, Rugged Canyon soffit, Rugged Canyon downspouts, and Terra Bronze gutters. The overall effect is dramatic and very appealing to the overall architectural design of this beautiful home.

Casey – I am sure you will not remember us, but you have made an impression on us. We live at 2400 Jameson North and you put on a new roof for us a year or two ago. After your crew completed the job, we received many comments about how nice our roof looked. I remember telling you that I don’t care what color the roof is, people don’t care. LOL! I was wrong. You picked out a great color and people noticed.
Here is the real reason for this email. After the big hail storm a few months ago, almost all of our neighbors are needing new roofs. We had ours inspected and we had no damage.
We have had 2 door to door roofing company sales people stop to tell us that we have very good shingles. After visiting with a gentleman from our neighborhood this weekend, he told us that he just had his new shingles put on last October and now he needs a complete new roof. (YIKES)
Made us appreciate what you had done for us.
We have given your name to anyone that asks.
You were always very kind, sincere and honest with us. We appreciate your service and the quality of your product.
Randy & Starlet B.
